Employment law role in London.
Senior Associate level position - 8-12 years PQE.
You should have a strong respondent and contentious Employment law background, although you will work across some senior executive and non-contentious matters as well.
You will advise clients ranging from large corporates to SMEs across matters such as disciplinary processes and workplace investigations to include discrimination issues and sexual harassment allegations etc and you will also advise on business reorganisations, large-scale redundancies and TUPE transfers as well as transgender rights etc.
Experience of advocacy is desirable, but not essential.
If you have experience of drafting and responding to tribunal claims, drafting witness statements and managing disclosure and have worked at a leading London Law firm, then this could be the opportunity for you.
