The role
- Managing a varied caseload of high-quality residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and more bespoke transactions
- Providing a tailored, client-focused service rather than operating in a high-volume environment
- Working closely with experienced colleagues within both residential and wider property teams
- Playing an active role in maintaining excellent client relationships and delivering solutions-driven advice
- Contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening relationships with referrers and professional contacts
- Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to support cross-referrals and team growth

You
- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE
- Strong experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of financial performance and contribution
- Excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Proactive, organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
- A team player with a positive and enthusiastic approach
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career in a supportive environment
