Senior Conflicts Lawyer

We're currently working on a fantastic opportunity with a leading global law firm looking to hire a Senior Lawyer into their Risk team. Reporting into the Head of Compliance this is a key hire for the firm, advising across global conflicts

This is a high-level, international role focused on conflicts, regulatory risk, and ethical compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role?

• Advising partners and senior stakeholders on conflicts & regulatory issues
• Handling complex, cross-border risk decisions (EMEA, APAC & beyond)
• Supporting new business intake and client engagement risk
• Contributing to firmwide compliance strategy & projects
• Mentoring junior team members and shaping internal best practice

Expect a mix of technical legal analysis + commercial judgement in a fast-paced, global environment.

About you?

• 8+ PQE - focused in legalcompliance
• Background in conflicts, risk, regulatory or GC functions
• Experience within an international law firm or in-house legal team
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making confidence
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-jurisdictional issues
