The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of landlord and tenant litigation matters, handling a mix of contentious work across both residential and commercial property disputes.

Your work will include possession claims, evictions, rent arrears, and lease related disputes, alongside wider civil litigation matters such as contract disputes, contested probate, and boundary issues. You will act for a diverse client base including corporate clients and private individuals, representing them in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.

You will also be responsible for delivering clear, practical, and commercially focused advice, building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued success of the team.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with solid experience in landlord and tenant litigation.

You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law and civil procedure, alongside excellent communication and client care skills. The ability to manage your own caseload independently, while also contributing positively within a team environment, is essential.

A proactive and commercially aware approach, with a genuine interest in developing your career within a leading regional firm, will set you apart.
