The role

• Join a busy commercial property team based in Nuneaton
• Handle a mix of acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord and tenant matters
• Work closely with experienced solicitors on live transactions from an early stage
• Build hands on experience rather than being limited to support tasks
• Gain exposure to a varied client base including local businesses and commercial clients
• Develop technical ability in a structured and supportive setting

You

• NQ to 5 years PQE with some exposure to commercial property work
• Able to manage files with supervision and stay on top of deadlines and client communication
• Strong drafting skills with good attention to detail
• Confident and clear in your communication with clients
• Keen to learn and build a long term career in commercial property
• Works well within a team and is happy to get involved
