Description
Senior Associate Employment Solicitor – Litigation Focused – Unique Opportunity – Heavy Hybrid -Nottingham | £50,000 to £85,000
The Firm
This Nottingham based boutique employment law practice specialises exclusively in advising businesses on employment law and HR matters. The firm has built a strong reputation for providing clear, commercially focused advice to employers across the UK, including a number of large national clients who rely on the team on a retained basis.
Working within a boutique specialist environment brings a number of advantages. The structure is naturally fluid in nature, meaning lawyers are encouraged to pursue the areas of work that genuinely interest them and develop their own specialisms. The firm aims to provide the platform for its lawyers to bring the very best out of themselves rather than confining them to rigid departmental structures.
You will be surrounded by experienced employment solicitors, creating an environment where ideas can be shared freely and support is always available when needed. Because of the close client relationships the firm builds, you will also have the opportunity to truly get to know your clients and become an integral part of their business rather than simply advising them from a distance.
