The Role
You will manage a sophisticated caseload of residential and commercial property disputes. The firm is particularly interested in individuals who can bring expertise in high-level leasehold matters.
Key focus areas:
- Enfranchisement & Right to Manage (RTM): Specifically involving large blocks of flats.
- Commercial & Residential Disputes: Boundary disputes, adverse possession, and lease extensions.
- Professional Guidance: Landlord/tenant disputes, dilapidations, and break notices.
- Business Development: Taking an active role in networking and marketing to further expand the department's reach.
About You
The ideal candidate is a proactive "solution-finder" who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Qualified Solicitor: Significant experience in Property Litigation.
- Technical Niche: Proven track record in enfranchisement and RTM is highly desirable.
