Ideally, you will bring at least two years’ post‑qualification experience and a confident, proactive approach to managing your caseload.

In this role, you will:

• Manage a full and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handle freehold, leasehold, remortgage, transfer of equity, and new‑build transactions with confidence
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and a personable approach
• Work autonomously while still benefiting from a genuinely supportive team culture
