A leading London law firm, recognised in The Legal 500, is seeking a Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor to lead its established Litigation Department. The firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services across a range of practice areas and is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to developing its people.

The role
Based in London, this position offers the chance to head a well-regarded litigation team while continuing to handle a varied and interesting caseload.
You will:
- Lead and develop the firm’s Civil Litigation Department
- Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters
- Provide strategic oversight and supervision within the team
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships
- Contribute to the continued growth and profile of the department

About you
You will be:
- A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- At least 5 years’ PQE with strong civil litigation experience
- Comfortable managing a varied litigation caseload
- Ambitious, proactive, and interested in departmental leadership
- A confident communicator with strong client care skills
Experience supervising others or contributing to business development would be advantageous.
