Senior Associate – Private Client – Somerset – Up to £90,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Associate Private Client Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in Somerset.

This is a senior position within a thriving Private Client department, offering genuine responsibility, leadership opportunity, and high-quality client work within a supportive and collegiate environment.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of Private Client matters, including:

  • Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Trust administration and advisory work
  • Probate and estate administration
  • Inheritance tax and estate planning advice

Leadership & Team Responsibilities:

This role includes supervisory responsibility for:

  • One Fee Earner
  • One Legal Assistant

You will play an active role in mentoring, overseeing workflow and supporting team development within the department.
