Legal Director role at a leading Global Law firm in their London office. 
You will be 8 years + PQE and work within insurance regulatory and commercial advice, as well as general commercial matters.
Your role will involve advising on insurance regulation and transactions, business transfers, distribution arrangements, outsourcing agreements etc. You will advise insurers and brokers etc on their products and services, regulatory issues, distribution and commercial arrangements, transactions and strategic transformation projects.
You will also be collaborating on cross-border work and opportunities with colleagues from the firm's global offices.
If you are able to providing pragmatic regulatory advice and advise on insurance distribution arrangements and reinsurance as well as draft and negotiate commercial contracts and support on corporate matters in the insurance sector and are seeking a new Legal Director role, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
