An exciting new Conveyancing role in London. 
My Client is looking to recruit a couple of Conveyancers able to handle a caseload of matters from inception to conclusion and who have an interest and understanding of AI. 
They are launching a firm built around AI capabilities designed to transform the home buying process for the next generation of homeowners.
You will run a small, high-quality caseload end-to-end across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including some new build and shared ownership transactions and they do want candidates to have Building Safety Act experience. 
You will have an interest in AI and have experimented with various AI tools at work/at home, as well as be an experienced conveyancer with strong technical legal knowledge, client skills, and compliance awareness with significant experience running transactions from start to finish including complex leasehold eg Building Safety Act impacted, shared ownership and new build. 
The firm is going to have offices in central London, but you can work from home 2-3 days a week.
25 days holiday plus bank holidays as well as a 5% pension and the opportunity for shares in the firm.
