HR Co-ordinator ? Glasgow (Edinburgh considered)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Co-ordinator to join our law firm HR team. Supporting the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service to Partners and employees, helping to support the firm’s growth and the ongoing development of our people.
This is a varied, hands-on role within a professional legal environment, offering exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and onboarding, including agency liaison, job adverts, interviews and inductions
- Graduate, trainee solicitor and PEAT 2 training support
- Employee relations support, including absence management and flexible working
- Performance review and reward cycle coordination
- Benefits administration and payroll support
- HR policy development and ensuring compliance with employment legislation
- HR reporting, projects, committees and general HR administration
About You
- Previous experience at HR Co-ordinator level, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive
- Confident using HR systems, Excel and HR data to support business priorities
- Positive, solutions-focused and self-motivated
- A relevant HR qualification is desirable
