You will assist the team with corporate, finance, and business-related matters; dealing with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, facility agreements etc. 
You will support 2 Partners, an associate and a trainee.
Legal 500 law firm.
Salary around mid 30’s.
