The Role:

You will assume responsibility for the Commercial Property department, with the support of a well-resourced team of experienced fee earners and legal assistants. The position combines high-level technical work with leadership, mentoring, and business development responsibilities.

Ideal Pre-Requisites:

• A senior Commercial Property Solicitor with significant Post-Qualification Experience
• Demonstrable technical excellence across a broad range of Commercial Property matters
• Proven leadership capability, with the confidence to manage, inspire, and develop a team
• Experience in land and agricultural property desirable (though not essential)
• Commercially minded, strategic, and motivated to play a key role in the firm’s future growth
