A well-established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join its residential property team in Yarm. The firm has a strong local reputation and offers a supportive, professional working environment.

Role Responsibilities
Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. The role involves running files independently, liaising with clients and third parties, and progressing matters efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client care.

Ideal Candidate
You will have around two or more years’ experience in residential conveyancing and be confident handling files with minimal supervision. You will be well organised, deadline-focused and client-oriented, with strong communication and IT skills.
