Conveyancing Paralegal | Residential Property | Well established City firm | Canary Wharf

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well regarded and busy residential property team within a respected City firm, based in Canary Wharf. The firm has a strong reputation in the residential conveyancing space and is known for its supportive culture and high quality work.
The role will see you working closely with fee earners on a varied caseload of residential property matters, including a mix of standard transactions and some new build work. This is a hands on role offering real responsibility and exposure to the full conveyancing process.

The role
You will assist with a range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity, as well as supporting on new build transactions where required. Responsibilities will include drafting and preparing documentation, liaising with clients, agents, lenders and developers’ solicitors, carrying out searches, managing files, and supporting matters through to completion.

The candidate
You will have previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant within a residential property team. Experience of new build transactions would be advantageous but is not essential. You will be well organised, detail focused, and comfortable managing competing deadlines in a busy team environment, with a proactive and client focused approach.
