I am working with a busy Family department in Stockton seeking a Solicitor to manage their own caseload and join a supportive legal aid team.

The Role:
You’ll handle domestic abuse, private children, divorce and finance matters, with the chance to work on public law cases if experienced. Initial advice in PLO matters is a bonus. You’ll meet clients, prepare applications, represent them in court, and develop your skills in family law.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with experience running your own family law cases, including Legal Help.
• Passion for family law and commitment to excellent client service.
• Strong time management, PC and case management skills.
