Description

I am currently working with a growing legal practice in Ashford looking for an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join their Commercial Property team. This is a full-time role in a friendly, supportive environment, perfect if you want to work on interesting commercial transactions and be part of a busy, professional team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and formatting documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Handling Land Registry applications, SDLT forms, and other transactional paperwork
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and other third parties
  • Managing diaries, appointments, and keeping files accurate
  • Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks

Who we’re looking for:

  • Previous legal secretary experience, ideally in property
  • Strong typing and document production skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Confident communicator, able to multitask in a busy team
