The role

• Handling a broad range of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, commercial lease issues, rights of way, boundary disputes and agricultural property work
• Managing files from instruction through to resolution, with the right level of support as you develop
• Working on interesting, often high-value disputes for a varied and high-quality client base
• Collaborating closely with colleagues in disputes and across the wider firm
• Building your experience and confidence in a role that offers genuine responsibility from an early stage

• A qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) with experience in, or a strong interest in, property litigation
