They’re looking for an experienced and proactive Paralegal to join their Housebuilding team, where no two days are the same.
You’ll be right at the heart of residential development work, helping to run transactions day to day. That means negotiating and concluding missives, keeping clients updated, and helping progress plot sales from start to finish.

You’ll also be involved in pulling together title packs, setting up online data rooms for sites and developments, and preparing standard documents used across each project.

You’ll support the lender consent process by preparing letters of non-crystallisation and deeds of restriction, and you’ll assist with part-exchange properties too — from examining titles and reporting to clients, to submitting LBTT returns and handling registrations.

They’re looking for someone who’s comfortable managing their own caseload, can juggle deadlines, has a great eye for detail, and is happy to pitch in and support solicitors when needed.
