If you’re a Commercial Property Paralegal who likes variety, responsibility and a down-to-earth team, this one’s for you.

You'll manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, including purchases, sales, leasing and general asset management work. You'll also be involved in drafting and reviewing documents in relation to leases, licences and title reports. Working closely with Partners and Solicitors you shall assist with due diligence and support them with more complex matters. 

It's likely you shall have a minimum of 2 years' previous commercial property experience, be highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines and have exceptional client facing skills.
