The Role The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer who combines technical expertise with exceptional client service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving Conveyancing department and play a key role in maintaining the high standards for which the team is known.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload with minimal supervision, covering the full spectrum of residential property transactions. They will act as a trusted adviser, delivering clear communication, sound judgment, and a smooth client journey from instruction through to completion.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and supports colleagues while maintaining a detail-focused and client-centred approach.
Required Experience, Skills & Attributes The firm is looking for a qualified lawyer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) with proven experience in residential conveyancing and the ability to manage their own workload efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the residential conveyancing process, including leasehold and freehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- A strong record of successfully managing transactions from instruction to completion
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with conveyancing software and digital case management systems
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, collaborative working style
- A genuine commitment to exceptional client care and long-term relationship-building
