You will undertake a varied workload which will involve; dealing with executry estates, administration of powers of attorney and guardianships and ensuring financial, regulatory and general compliance are dealt with. Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- Experienced paralegal who has dealt with all aspects of executry administration
- Experience of general and charitable trusts (preferred)
- Paralegal or SOLAS qualification
- High level of numeracy skills
- Excellent I.T. and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and build client relationships
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines under pressure
- Ability to use initiative
- Attention to detail
