Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive – Legal 500 Firm – Louth, Lincolnshire – £40,000 to £65,000

The Role
- Manage your own caseload of Wills, Trusts, LPAs and estate/trust administration
- Work on complex, high-value matters including those involving agricultural and business assets
- Prepare and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the development of the department through networking and client engagement activities
- Contribute to expanding the client base by attending events and representing the team locally
- Mentor junior colleagues and collaborate effectively within the department
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Work towards agreed financial goals while delivering a high standard of client service
- Handle client and telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Liaise with support staff to ensure smooth and accurate case progression
You
- 4+ years’ PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive specialising in private client law
- Ambition to become STEP qualified (or currently working toward it / able to demonstrate equivalent technical ability)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong client relationships
- Confident engaging in networking and business development activities
- Strong drafting, organisation and communication skills
- Friendly, professional and committed to contributing positively to the team
