Residential Conveyancer – Stamford, Hybrid, Firm with Excellent Reputation– £35,000 to £60,000
This role can also be based at the Peterborough office

The role
- Manage a diverse caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
- Handle post-completion administration accurately and independently
- Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other relevant parties
- Work to agreed service levels and uphold excellent client care
- Offer technical support to colleagues on complex conveyancing matters
- Undertake matters involving attorneys, personal representatives, trusts, and matrimonial aspects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to protect clients and the business
- Build and maintain professional networks; attend occasional events/meetings outside standard hours for business development and training
You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent
- Demonstrable experience running a varied residential conveyancing caseload
- Strong technical competence, with exposure to Shared Ownership, New Builds, Lease Extensions, and rectifying complex title issues
- Able to work confidently and effectively both independently and within a team setting
- Proficient with MS Office and case management systems
- Excellent communicator, able to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail
- Able to use management information to drive positive outcomes
- Locally knowledgeable and well-connected, prepared to contribute immediately to the team’s success
