Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – Sleaford – £25,000 to £35,000

The Role
This role will see you assisting with and managing routine domestic and wider conveyancing matters within a busy, well-structured team. You’ll be involved in a broad range of work, including:
- Supporting fee-earners with residential conveyancing files
- Providing quotations
- Conducting necessary searches
- Liaising with estate agents
- Producing standard contract documentation
- Assisting with enquiries
- Handling exchange, completion, and post-completion work (including SDLT, Companies House and HMLR registrations)
- File closure administration

Key expectations:
- Providing ongoing service to existing clients
- Working with fee-earners and Partners to develop new business
- Helping grow the Residential Conveyancing team and build internal referrals
- Meeting financial objectives and fee-earning targets
- Staying up to date with legal changes and best practice
- Ensuring accurate financial control, file management, and record-keeping
Full-time hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:15 (36.25 hours per week)
Location: Sleaford
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000
You
- Experienced Conveyancing Paralegal
- Good understanding of residential conveyancing processes
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of AML and Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Experience with case management systems (Visual Files desirable)
