Conveyancer Remote Non-Fee Earning Role - Technical Support Lawyer - £35,000 to £55,000

The Role
- Provide technical legal support to residential property teams, including title examination, contract settlement, and conveyancing quality assurance.
 - Draft detailed contract report letters for new developments and residential property sales, as well as conveyancing search reports for clients.
 - Review development documentation to ensure suitability for sales and mortgage security.
 - Advise on complex technical conveyancing issues and oversee file reviews for compliance and risk assessment.
 - Support fee earners across the department to maintain high standards of service and accuracy.

You
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in residential property with comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing law and practice.
 - Experienced with the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme, case management systems, Land Registry portal, and online conveyancing software.
 - Able to assess risk, make compliance decisions, and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
 - Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards.
