Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer – Head of Department | Kenilworth or Coventry | £40,000 – £65,000

The Role
- Lead the Conveyancing Department across multiple office locations.
 - Manage and supervise a team of conveyancers, including regular meetings, appraisals, and ongoing training.
 - Oversee all aspects of residential conveyancing work from instruction through to completion.
 - Report to senior management on compliance, risk, and business development initiatives.
 - Contribute to departmental strategy and succession planning.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, referrers, and clients.
 - Opportunity to handle commercial conveyancing matters if desired.
 
You
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with significant post-qualification experience.
 - Proven ability to supervise and lead a team within a conveyancing environment.
 - Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach.
 - Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail and client care.
 - Able to manage a busy caseload while supporting colleagues and maintaining high professional standards.
