Real Estate Solicitor - 5+ PQE - Birmingham

We are seeking an experienced solicitor with 5+’ post-qualification experience to join a top rated firm in Birmingham. In particularly we are looking for a solicitor with a background in development projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the commercial property sector and, ideally, experience with funding and general commercial property matters.

You will need to be adept at building and nurturing client relationships and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone proactive, collaborative, and ambitious, with a strong team-oriented approach and a desire to grow within a dynamic, expanding practice.

Key Qualifications:

• 5 + PQE
• Experience within a broad range of commercial property matters
• Experience managing complex matters independently
• In-depth understanding of development deals
