The Role
This opportunity sits within a highly regarded Real Estate team, focusing on a wide variety of property litigation matters. You’ll be working with a diverse client base, handling both commercial and residential disputes.
Your work will include:

• Advising clients on all aspects of property-related disputes
• Managing your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex matters
• Handling negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings to deliver cost-effective solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues, and getting involved in business development initiatives

You
You’ll bring:

• Solid experience in property litigation or related dispute resolution
• Excellent technical and drafting skills with a commercial mindset
• Confidence communicating with clients and managing competing deadlines
