Commercial Property Solicitor – Partnership Track Opportunity
Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £80,000 (DOE)
Hybrid working available

We are working with a growing and ambitious law firm seeking to expand its Commercial Property department through a key strategic hire. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a pivotal role with a clear route to partnership and the autonomy to shape the future direction of the team.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor in this firm, you will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload, covering all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. This includes:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
  • Development projects and site acquisitions
  • Portfolio management and investment property work

You will have the freedom to manage your own clients and transactions while benefiting from the firm’s collaborative and supportive environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys client contact, and is motivated by long-term career growth.

We are looking for a commercially minded solicitor who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will have:

  • 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property law (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage files independently
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • A proactive, growth-focused mindset with an interest in developing the department
