Description
Property Litigation Solicitor / Associate – 1–5 PQE | Newcastle Upon Tyne | Hybrid
I’m working with a leading North East firm who have just opened up a brand-new opportunity within their award-winning Property Litigation team.
If you’re a Property Litigation Solicitor (or a Commercial Litigator looking to specialise), this one’s worth a look. The team handles top-quality work for an impressive client base — and they genuinely have one of the best cultures in the market when it comes to work-life balance.
You’ll get involved in a broad range of disputes including:
- Commercial & residential property matters
- 1954 Act lease renewals, rent reviews & dilapidations
- Forfeiture, possessions & service charge issues
- Telecoms, trespass & FTT applications
What they’re looking for:
Someone proactive, technically strong, commercially aware and confident managing clients — with an interest in business development and building lasting relationships.
What’s on offer:
- Hybrid working (2–3 days from anywhere – this policy existed before covid and is not going anywhere)
- 27 days holiday + option to buy/sell 5
- Up to 2 wellbeing days per year
- 14 paid community hours
- Enhanced maternity/paternity pay
- Running, cycling, walking & netball clubs
This firm has been a big part of the Newcastle legal scene for over 100 years, and their Real Estate team (170+ people!) continues to grow from strength to strength.
If you’d like to find out more (confidentially, of course), reach out to Beth at QED Legal via the details provided, we expect this one will move quickly!
