Corporate Paralegal role in London. 
The role will be varied and include supporting the firm’s partners with M&A transactions, company formations, legal research, client communications, commercial contracts, due diligence and assisting in the preparation of legal documents and reports.
You should have a minimum of 1 year's Corporate Paralegal experience in order to be eligible for this position and have good academics in your Law Degree as well as your LPC or your SQE 1& 2. 
You will be expected to undertake a range of work and will have the opportunity to work on high quality cases.
