Your Position
Working alongside an experienced and approachable conveyancing team, you’ll take on a proactive role supporting clients throughout the conveyancing journey.

• Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction to completion
• Drafting legal documentation and preparing completion statements
• Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, and lenders
• Conducting searches, raising enquiries, and monitoring progress
• Assisting with exchange and post-completion procedures
• Maintaining accurate, compliant, and well-organised case files
