I am currently looking for a residential property paralegal who knows their stuff, someone who's already had some fee earning experience and is confident running files (with support). 

You don’t need to come from a HNW background – what matters is that you’ve got solid residential property experience under your belt and you're confident managing files (or close to it). If you're looking to level up and be part of a genuinely supportive team, this is a great platform.

You’ll be working one-on-one with a Partner, so this is a brilliant opportunity to learn from the top, but also to show what you can do. It’s hands-on, and there’s a real chance to grow with the team, this firm wants someone who’s in it for the long run, with progression on the table.

Here’s what’s on the table:

• Based in Guildford, but it’s hybrid – so yes, there’s flexibility
• Salary up to £35,000, depending on experience
• You’ll get proper exposure to high-quality work

What they are after:

• Previous residential property experience (ideally in a fee-earning capacity)
• Experience with HNW clients is a big plus
• You’re switched on, reliable, and want to build a career
• Comfortable working closely with senior team members
