Family Solicitor / Lawyer – 4+ PQE | Leading Regional Firm | Essex & East London

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its Tier 1 ranked Family team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a respected and ambitious practice, working alongside recognised leaders in the field.

The Department The Family team is widely recognised as one of the strongest in the region, holding Legal 500 Tier 1 rankings as well as recognition in Chambers & Partners. The team advises a broad range of clients, often in complex, high-value, and cross-jurisdictional matters.

The Role As a Family Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and contribute to the team’s continued success. This is a client-facing role requiring technical ability, commercial awareness, and a strong focus on client care.
About You

  • Minimum of 4 years PQE in family law
  • Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of family matters
  • Proven experience running and managing your own cases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop lasting client relationships and generate new business
  • Commercially astute with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
