Senior Associate – Contentious Trusts & Estates | 7PQE+ | Exeter | HNW Caseload | Progression

A Top 100 firm with 500+ staff and 70 partners across the Southwest and London is currently looking to add to their Private Wealth and Estates team. 

This division is one of the largest in the South West, with around 30 lawyers (including 10+ partners) covering trusts, estates, property and family.

Within this sits a specialist Contentious Trusts & Estates team of 8 lawyers, ranked in the Legal 500 for their complex, high-profile disputes.

They’re now looking for a Senior/Managing Associate (7PQE+) to join their Exeter office.

You’ll handle:
– Will disputes
– Inheritance Act claims
– Executor & trustee disputes
– Professional negligence linked to estate/trust admin

Clients include HNW individuals, business owners, trustees, executors, charities, farmers & landowners – a caseload that’s varied, complex and genuinely high-quality.
