A specialist conveyancing firm are looking for a talented conveyancer (solicitor or licenced conveyancer) to join their growing team in Bradford or Harrogate. 

This firm are huge champions of employee wellbeing and they go out of their way to make sure that staff are well looked after on a day-to-day as they recognise that conveyancing is a stressful practice area. There are 14 qualified mental health first aiders within the business. 

In terms of the caseload, it's a pretty high volume but well organised caseload and it's a mixture of everything (freehold, leasehold, shared ownership, New Build etc). Each fee earner has 2 x assistants each. The administration team open all the files and do the onboarding, and the post-completions team take of everything after completion so the fee earner can just concentrate on the main conveyancing process. 

After probation, fee earners can work from home 2 days a week but there is flexibility with hours for family commitments i.e school pick up/drop off.
