The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential property caseload from start to finish, including:
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Managing remortgage and equity release matters
- Dealing with transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
- Checking and reporting on titles
- Ensuring matters are progressed smoothly from instruction through to post-completion
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties, maintaining excellent service levels
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members when required
You
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced conveyancer with a proven track record of running their own caseload
- Knowledgeable in both freehold and leasehold transactions
- A confident communicator with excellent client care skills
- Organised, detail-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Someone with local market knowledge of the Solihull and surrounding area (desirable but not essential)
