The Role
You will work with a broad range of private clients, including mid to high net-worth individuals, providing tailored advice on complex matters. Key responsibilities include:

• Estate planning advice and drafting complex Wills
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Administering taxable and non-taxable estates
• Drafting and managing trust documentation
• Advising trustees and executors on compliance, taxation, and reporting
• Business succession planning for business owners
• Supporting colleagues on complex matters (trusts, taxation, estate planning)
• Networking to develop professional connections

About You
We’re keen to hear from candidates who bring:

• 5+ years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
• Strong experience in Private Client matters, including trusts and taxation
• Confidence in preparing self-assessment tax returns
• SFE and/or STEP membership (desirable but not essential)

• Detail-oriented with excellent organisation skills
• Strong communicator with great time management
