The Role

• Join a busy residential conveyancing team working alongside an experienced Team Leader and Paralegal.
• Progress residential property transactions including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Handle initial instruction paperwork and correspondence.
• Manage sale enquiries, liaising with clients, agents, and third parties.
• Review mortgage offers, searches, and titles, raising and responding to enquiries.
• Draft and prepare client reports and contracts.
• Liaise with lenders on redemption figures, mortgage releases, and COT submissions.
• Oversee exchange and completion preparations including statements, invoices, and bank details.
• Draft SDLT forms and process Help to Buy paperwork.
• Assist with post-completion matters and maintain accurate case management records.
• Support your Team Leader in nurturing strong referrer relationships.

• An experienced Conveyancer with proven expertise in residential property.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while keeping attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic, hardworking, and proactive.
• Organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines under pressure.
• Adaptable, approachable, and committed to client care.
• Competent with IT systems including Word and Excel.
