Are you a Private Client Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE looking for a fresh challenge?

This role has come about through the firm’s organic growth and continued success. Private Client work is a cornerstone of the practice, and most instructions come from reputation, repeat clients, and referrals. You’ll be able to focus on high-quality legal work rather than chasing new business.

You will handle a varied caseload including Wills, LPAs, Probate, Estate Administration and Trusts. Work often involves complex estates with inheritance tax considerations, cross-border issues, and protecting family assets for future generations. You will be supported by experienced paralegals and assistants, allowing you to focus on building strong relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.

The firm employs around 50 staff and has a collaborative culture where autonomy and trust are key. Most fee earners are 5+ PQE and work with a high degree of independence, but support is always available. There is a genuine opportunity to progress - all four current partners have made partnership since joining, and the pathway is clear and non-competitive for those who want to take that step.

You can expect a competitive package, with a strong bonus structure for going above target, typically set at just over 3x salary.
