Day-to-day, you’ll be responsible for ensuring all post-completion duties are handled accurately and efficiently. This includes completing Land Registry applications and requisitions, drafting and filing SDLT returns, processing second home stamp duty refunds, managing lender correspondence and requirements, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
