An exciting Senior Private Client role has come on in London.
My Client is seeking a Private Client Senior Associate or Partner or a Private Client team to join the firm.
They are looking to expand their practice in this area of law.
You will be taking over from the current Head of Dept, so there will be active files to come into, but this is also a business development initiative.
You will oversee a senior Solicitor in London and also a junior Solicitor in the firm's Brighton office; but you are very much tasked with expanding the department and building a team.
They are looking for you to have as much broad experience as possible and the ability to business develop, although a significant following is not essential for this position. 
You will work on matters such as wills and tax planning, powers of attorney and court of protection matters and the administration of estates and trusts. Ideally you should be a STEP member and have at least 7 years PQE.
