The Role As a Family Lawyer, you’ll handle a varied caseload of Family Law matters, working in a supportive and collaborative team. Typical cases will include:

• Divorce and separation matters
• Financial remedy proceedings
• Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Child law and childcare matters

Requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive with 0–3 years PQE in Family Law
• Strong knowledge of divorce, finance and child law cases
• Ability to independently manage a caseload with confidence
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Motivated and professional, with ambition to progress in Family Law
