In this role, you’ll be dealing with a wide range of commercial property transactions: from acquisitions and disposals to portfolio management, complex lease work, secured lending, site development and assembly, and property aspects of corporate transactions.

You’ll run your own caseload while also working alongside senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters. The team structure also means you’ll have the chance to mentor junior lawyers and play a real part in the department’s growth.

Business development is encouraged, but the focus is on building long-term, trusted relationships rather than chasing aggressive targets. The environment is open, collaborative, and genuinely supportive - approachable partners, accessible mentorship, and clear routes for progression.

The firm is looking for a technically strong lawyer with 5 - 10 years’ PQE in commercial property who is proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing client relationships. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to be based in Swindon. Standard hours are 9.00am–5.30pm.
