Work is varied and challenging and you will work alongside a very experienced team, responsibilities shall include:
 

• Drafting and negotiating documents such as offers, leases,  variations, dispositions, licenses to occupy
• Reviewing and reporting on titles and other property diligence
• Managing completion and post completion registrations and forms, including LBTT and land registration.
• Assisting with file opening
• Undertaking all other work as directed by the team
