Employment Solicitor role in central London.
2 years PQE.
London Commercial Law Firm.
You will be joining a team of 3 and work across a mix of respondent and senior executive work across contentious and non-contentious matters. 
You will work directly with partners, gaining exposure to complex and varied work. 
You will deal with cases such as drafting contracts of employment, policies and settlement agreements for employers; advising employers in relation to redundancies, disciplinary and performance issues and negotiated exits etc; advising senior executives on settlement agreements; supporting with Employment Tribunal litigation and supporting the corporate team on transactions. 
The firm operate a hybrid working model whereby you can work from home 2 days a week and they have a benefits package including a 5% pension contribution and private healthcare.
