You’ll be handling a caseload of residential property matters, from start to finish. That includes sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout, and working closely with other team members to deliver a high-quality, efficient service.

You’ll also be liaising with estate agents, lenders and other solicitors, and using case management software to keep everything organised and on track.

You will be someone who can confidently and competently manage your own full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion, are detail and deadline orientated and always ensure you go above and beyond for your clients.
